Having been aware of the climate emergency for several years, we act on the impact of our activity by being an actor of sustainable development.
It is by building on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) developed by the United Nations and regularly updated, (17 sustainable development goals have been highlighted) that we improve our approach every day.
We have been working for several years with foreign companies that promote the integration of women through their training in the IT profession.
In the course of the development of our Society, we wanted to allow everyone access to employment in an equitable manner. We offer in-house training for everyone, we hire on permanent contracts in order to offer stability to our employees, and we recruit by promoting the integration of people who are far from the labour market or who have a disability.
We are committed to promoting inclusive digital, through our links with community centres that promote information in disadvantaged social environments, companies, or families that cannot invest in new equipment.
We have set up, with the participation of our partners, an offer allowing them to choose an associative center to which will be destined part of their material. In return, we are responsible for the restoration, erasure of the data with certification and the reinstallation of the equipment
The impact of our 4Rs responsibility for the environment :
Reuse of defective equipment in order to bring them back to use through repackaging
Re-employment of equipment in good condition, by selling it on the market of second-hand equipment
Recycling of damaged or obsolete materials thanks to our PAPREC certified partner.
Reducing the impact of new IT equipment production, as well as reducing WEEE.
We work primarily in short circuits to reduce intermediaries, thus offering the most accessible selling prices.
When possible, we favour the sale to the end customer, on marketplaces, in other cases we work with companies with common convictions and commitments. This includes companies in Eastern Europe and North Africa, which are committed to reducing the digital divide and e-waste and promoting employment for all.
Our partners are selected for their skills and abilities to help us achieve our CSR strategy. These partners work on the issues of recycling (PAPREC), data protection (BLANCCO). They are also our guarantee of quality (BLANCCO).
